Broiled Steak and Peppers with Easy Spicy Green Sauce was first posted as my choice for Recipe of the Week for my Weight Watchers @ Work group in January 2013. Below are my notes from the time:
Broiled Steak and Peppers with Easy Spicy Green Sauce, was delicious, plus quick and easy to make. The meat was extremely tender and flavorful. The sauce was surprisingly good, especially considering that it consisted of a cup of cilantro, mixed together with green chile salsa and yogurt…and I didn’t think I liked cilantro. 🙂
NOTE: The recipe called for reduced fat sour cream, which I always substitute out with nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
